where this black sheep loves you
oh man, while I dont think it is healthy to dwell on the past, I feel like the main thing I would do differently is cherish my mommy moments more, basically LIGHTEN UP...I was uptight and it ruined a lot of things I am sure...but as I have had more kids I realized life is just too dang short and I would just let things happen the way they are supposed to and take it all in stride....I guess I can say that about all my life, not just the having kids part...but I would for sure, spend more time just holding them, singing to them, reading to them, etc...but we live and learn and those things make us better!
OH MAN! I think about this very question all. the. time. I would do a ton of things differently. As a 40 year old mama, I am WAY more relaxed than I was at 25. I wouldn't worry about all the little stuff. I would enjoy every single second of their little lives. Because all too soon they turn into possessed teenagers that are getting ready to move out. And, that breaks my heart.
